• PROJECT MANAGER:
  Looking for an energetic individual with knowledge of construction practices to manage retail projects throughout the country from our Williamsburg, VA office. Must be a self-starter with good computer skills, and have a thorough understanding of blueprints. Applicant for this position needs to have RETAIL BUILDING EXPERIENCE. We will request a list of projects from the candidate. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to details. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. • ROAD SUPERINTENDENT POSITION
  Superintendents are responsible for completing projects as assigned and can be sent anywhere in the country. You will represent the company and its strong quality to commitment at all times. The superintendents abilities must include the following:
  
  Read all types of blueprints thoroughly and possess good knowledge of construction terminology and related construction products. Good management skills and ability to work with people and manage people. Must have understanding of budgets, cost accounting on the job and meeting deadlines to bring the project in on time and on budget. Applicant for this position needs to have RETAIL BUILDING EXPERIENCE. We will request a list of projects from the candidate. A good DMV record and Drug Test are required.

NICEWOOD ENTERPRISES HAS THE FOLLOWING FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• FIXTURE BUILDER:
  Will need to assemble parts or whole fixtures as specified to include floor fixtures, cashwraps, panel systems, trim work, shelving and hookboards. Needs to be fast and accurate with hand and power tools. Blueprint reading experience a plus. Must physically be able to lift 100 pounds. Good benefits.
• ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS…
